Expedited cases within 48 hours.

Once a prior authorization is approved, it is valid for 120 calendar days from the date of approval. If a request is denied, your practice can resubmit with additional documentation, and there is no limit on the number of resubmissions. Peer-to-peer clinical review is also available after a denial.
